Pig Killer - The spirit of 1939

Pig killer was a white-power rock n' roll and punk rock band that existed in the nineties, more precicely 94-96.
The first and only album, The Spirit of 1939, came out 1996.
Pig Killer was one of the very first openly racist bands in Finland. The band played several shows
and got it's share of very negative media attention.
Song titles such as "Niggerlover", "Bang, you're dead" and "We march" sent a clear, openly racist message.

The meaning of this blog is simple; we the members wan't to inform those it may concern, that the band does not exist anymore.
Because the national socialist and white-power music business still, to this day, sells our music on a profit and because the internet will forever contain a lot of our material, we wan't to make the following statement:

Pig killer started as a hobby band of young radical punk-skinheads.
We wanted to shock.
Not in a million years would have we believed that the roughly produced material we put together would one day receive world-wide attention of racist movement.
Age is no excuse, however when you're young, you are ultimately fucking stupid.

The movement was not kind to us. Only years later we found out just how much we sold.
We never received a fucking dime.
All went to the cause, were sure.
We are not the first and definetly not the last band, that choose the path of National Socialism and extreme politics in music, however, we wan't to warn any starting white-power band to seriously search for themselves, and think really carefully are they willing to pay the price.

Facts:

10, perhaps over 15 years later, they still talk about us on the internet.
nazis will never stop putting out and selling our music.

Should you change your wiews and opinions, as normal thinking, questioning person might,
they will not let you go.

White-power music business is, and allways will be about money. The followers are obviously brainwashed, eager young skinheads, metalheads or normal decent kids who dare not to question anything.

The production and quality will be horrible, no one will give a fuck wether you are talented or not. Only thing that matters is the amount of Sieg Heil:s on the lyrics.



Think skinhead. you've got opinions. That's Ok by us and very propably by the rest of the planet.
All can not agree.
Concider very hard if you truly wan't to stick to the politics.
If you wan't to do what your heart tells you, be it Nazi, communist, anti-fascist, straight-edge or just street living, that's respectful, because most of the people think fucking nothing on this computer world.
However, question, unlearn, and keep your music to your self, free of anyone's politics.

We do not wan't to throw shit on anyone, not the label wich once put out our cd, not our old fans.
We have the right to change our opinions and grow the hell up.
If you wan't to attack us, and start posting material about us on the pathetic internet, do so.
We put this one.
Not Hitler nor Stalin will raise from the grave to revenge upon us, and if you're up to it, maybe you should look around you and wonder where the hell is your utopia.

Politicians are using the youth how ever they will, and the worst part is, that we'll let them do so, by fighting each other because of opinions, wiews and color.
Fight the system, it is to be blamed, not nigger, not anarchist, not nazi or whitey.

NONE OF THE MEMBERS OF PIG KILLER ARE INVOLVED ON THE RACIST MOVEMENT TODAY.
WE CAN NOT HELP IF SOMEONE PUTS A VIDEO ABOUT US ON THE INTERNET, OR SELLS OUR CD'S.
